Generally we use long run metal roofing products. This residential roofing project involved replacing existing corrugate roof as required with new 0.55mm gauge ZinaCore corrugate sheets and associated flashings. Prior to laying down the new roof install Rockwool insulation was installed helping create a comfortable energy efficient roof solution.

What issues can arise when installing a new roof on a villa?

Typical villa roofs have steep pitched roofs, and this was no exception. There are also a lot of detail flashings around weatherboards and features such as the chimney. Our team take special care to ensure a quality finish.
