Factory Re-roof and wall cladding 

 Buteline Factory Re-roof, East Tamaki

Topline Roofing recently completed this impressive commercial roof replacement and wall cladding job for Buteline's East Tamaki factory.

This project involved replacing the full roof and all wall cladding; a total of 870m2 with new Colorsteel Trapezoidal sheeting, including skylights. The finish colour is Charcoal, which gives a modern, fresh, clean look to the building. We also installed Enviroclad TPO membrane to the internal gutter prior to installing the roof.
