Manurewa South and Rosehill Satellite School was a new-build project for the Ministry of Education. Topline was part of the team, delivering the warm roof system to produce this sharp looking result.

Warm Roof Project Example

This project required a Warm Roof System by Dimond Industries. Initially a metal liner deck is fastened to substrate, then vapour control layer, acoustic board and insulation panels laid on top.

What Other Roofing Products Were Used?

This was all secured by Dimond’s Tri-Core System and overlaid with their DD400 trough section concealed fix roof sheets. This project also included gutters, downpipes and 240m2 of cladding.
