Warm Roof, Cold Roof & Wall Cladding

Ngakoroa School is a Greenfields School in Drury for the Ministry of Education. Topline supplied and installed a range of roofing products over the complex on this iconic new school build. This included both a warm roof and cold roof as well as a range of other roofing products.

What roofing products were used?

This commercial roofing project consisted of Warm Roof Magnaflow Topdeck of approximately 2700m2, plus a further Cool Roof area of 800m2. The project also included a 300mm wide gutter, downpipes, clear sheets and all necessary flashings.
