Warm roof system, cold roof and wall cladding project

Pasadena Intermediate in central Auckland's Point Chevalier has expanded with a new school block. Topline had the privilege of working as part of the team to deliver this visually striking finished product. Working with 'Stryde Projects', we were responsible for the installation and supply of the metal warm roof system, a smaller cold metal roof area, custom gutters and wall flashings. 

Another Warm Roof Project Example

A 560m2 new roof covered with a Rooflogic Warm Roof System comprising 80mm PIR, Acoustic board, vapour layer and Colorcote Top Deck.

Cold Roof Aspects

The project also included 217m2 of Cold Roof, 70 l/m of custom gutter and 2mm aluminium wall flashings.
