A fantastic result for Topline Roofing's team, ensuring this Auckland retirement village's new commercial Colorcote roof was supplied and installed to the highest of standards.

This project was a new build designed to tie in with other existing buildings on site. The roof area consisted of 910m2 of Colorcote BB900 sheets. The work involved new gutters, downpipes, and flashings to the atrium skylight. The large penetrations are fitted with custom made aluminium powder coated cricket flashings.
